Illegal aliens?

With all the talk about people sneaking across the nation’s borders, I assumed the vote on aliens in Denver on Tuesday was about migrant workers. But no, it was about aliens of a different sort. (Read the story here.)

Jeff Peckman lives in Denver and is convinced the government is hiding documents that prove space creatures are visiting earth, or at least Denver. Maybe the altitude there makes it easier on their spacecraft because they don’t have to descend as far to land. Maybe they are Broncos fans.
Anyway, Peckman got a measure on the local ballot that would have set up a commission to track space creatures, and to allow sightings to be posted on the city’s web site.
Sadly, the measure failed, which means Denver will now be a sanctuary city for extraterrestrials.
